Many services are billed on flat rate. For example: |
Immigration Cases:
- Adjustment of Status: $1,500 plus application costs
- Naturalization $600 plus application costs
- Adjustment of Status consular processing with a waivers: starting at $3,000 plus the cost of the application.
Estate Planning:
- Simple Will, power of attorney and advance directive: $400
- Revocable trust, will, power of attorney and advance directive: $750.
- Tax Planning Trust: $1,000 and up.
Business Services:
- Incorporating a business, drafting bylaws, share certificates $600
- Establishing a Limited Liability Corporation. $300
- Obtaining an Employment Identfication Number $45

Others cases are billed on an hourly rate of $150 with an estimate of the total cost determined upon entering into the attorney client relationship. |
Payment plans are available for immigration cases. For example on a service worth $1500, $750 due upon filing the application and a monthly payment of $125 per month for 6 months.
